Chef co-owner Michael Mosi grew up in the kitchens of his Italian and Hungarian grandmothers, who introduced him to a passion for food and ingredients that is all-present in everything we create.
Chef co-owner Drew Wenzel after school travelled to Germany to investigate his family roots. There, he had the opportunity to apprentice under the renowned chef Marina Boss in the highly-rated Voss-Haus on the Baltic Sea.
Crowd: Like any of the locally owner operated restaurants in Key West, Azur restaurant has an extremely loyal local following who will be dinning along with numerous people visiting the island.
What to get: You can guarantee the seafood will be as fresh as possible here. We opt for the Seafood Risotto; saffron, mussels, clams, scallops, shrimp, white fish, chorizo, sweet peas with roasted peppers.
